My session prices start from £80, and vary depending on the type of therapy and whether it takes place online or face to face as outlined below.

I am able to offer sessions through your insurance. I am currently registered with Aviva, Axa and Bupa.

FACE TO FACE

Each session lasts 50 minutes and takes place in either Shrewsbury or Newport (near Lilleshall, Shropshire)

Each session lasts 50 minutes and takes place on a secure online platform.

Each session lasts 90 minutes and can take place either face tp face (in Shrewsbury or Newport, near Lilleshall, Shropshire) or online.
